Jess Minckley

(they/them) has been with the newsletter since late 2019. Jess was a major proponent of getting the newsletter online. They’ve done correspondence, organization, interviewing, writing, illustration, and editing at The Connection. Jess also recruits & trains the design interns.

Jess is an artist, educator, art therapist & mental health counselor in Seattle, Washington. Pacific Art Therapy

Jess is the Chair of the PR Committee, and is the Webmaster/Brand Ambassador for NASAP with their business minc.work

Brooke was a master’s candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Western Kentucky University where she was a graduate assistant, therapist intern, & president of Chi Sigma Iota.

Sarah Triolo, MA

Sarah was a PsyD candidate in Advanced Adlerian Psychotherapy at Adler University Chicago. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Sociology.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys writing poetry at the lake, researching social issues, playing ukulele, and acting on stage and at haunted houses.

Candace Sneed, PhD, LPC, NCC

Candace was the Newsletter's Editor from 2019-2022. She previously served on the Board as the liaison to the Sections, as well as the co-chair of the NASAP Committee for Publications and Theory Research Development.

Candace is a Licensed Professional Counselor, mom of two young children, wife of a United States Air Force Chaplain.
